How long does it take to receive my order?

​​All orders have a 24-hour turn around time frame. We have delivery available to cities within California counties:  San Joaquin, Sacramento, and Stanislaus. Please contact Michael to see if you are within the free delivery area.​

 

 

Do you use frozen berries?

 

​A strawberry is 75% water and will lose all of its form when thawed from being frozen. All of our strawberries are dipped fresh and always made to order.​

 

 

What kind of chocolate do you use?

 

We only use the finest chocolate available for dipping. We also have sugar-free chocolate so that all of our customers can enjoy our products.​

 

 

How long will the berries last?

 

All of our berries are dipped fresh and made to order. We use no preservatives, added sugars, or other additives. Therefore it is best to ear your treats within 12 hours of being received.

What if I am not satisfied with my order?

We use the best strawberries and the finest chocolates to make our product. However, if for any reason, you or the recipients of your gift are not satisfied, please give us a call to make it right. Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority!

Do you offer shipping?

 

To guarantee the freshest product possible, we do not ship our products. Local delivery service is available to customers in the following Northern California cities: Stockton, Lodi, Manteca, Tracy, Lathrop and Elk Grove.

What about people with food allergies?

 

Our sweet treats are prepared in an environment with nuts. If you are allergic to nuts, please be advised prior to placing an order.
